Excellent as always

We had a lovely relaxing time. We wanted for nothing. After an awful flight we could just have the food he left and a nice glass of cold white wine. Will definitely recommend to friends,and will be back. Thank you

Superb villa, third time staying here, owner is very friendly and the pool is great! We will be returning here again in the future. It is spotlessly clean and the place is in a wonderful location, quiet and out of town. We love the area of polis and latchi, lovely restaurants and the people are very welcoming. Early May is quiet and as out of main season, everywhere was open as always, but not packed.

Really like this villa and the owners look after it well and are very friendly. Villa is in a nice area. Will definitely return

This is about the 5th time we have stayed at Villa Charoula. The setting is ideal. Surrounded by orange, grapefruit, lemon and olive trees. Near enough to Polis for the supermarket, banks, hospital, and local restaurants. From the terrace there are magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. The pool, which is very private, is kept beautifully clean by Savvas, the owner, who along with his wife (Charoula) will do everything they can to make sure your stay is perfect. We LOVE it. For a quiet and peaceful holiday its very hard to beat.

Well located: 3-minute drive to the supermarket and Polis, Argaka Sandy beach 13 min drive, Kritou Tera Waterfalls 15 mins drive, hiking trails 18 mins drive.... Very close to the sea. would recommend it to my friends thanks for a stress-free holiday. The local area is charming and there are several very good tavernas.

Perfect 5-star villa,... Perfect must stay. The pool was very well maintained. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone. Polis is a great place, there are casual bars and taverns in small courtyards where there are local tapas and cold beer. We visited also Latchi a couple of times and tried almost all local specialities there. Would definitely use Agni Travel again and stay at the same villa.

This was not the first time we have stayed in the Charoula villas, but it was the first time in Thio, and we will be booking to stay again very soon. It is surrounded by fruit trees and has fabulous views of the surrounding countryside from the top terrace. It is near enough to Polis and Latchi if you want a livelier scene with restaurants and shops, but the villa itself has a calm, quiet atmosphere, just right for relaxing.

If you want a relaxing get away from it all holiday its perfect Comfortable beds Lovely pool 10 mins to the beach 5 mins to a well stock supermarket 45 mins from Paphos Savaas the owner always on call if you need him, but very discreet if you dont

Peaceful, quiet location. 5 minute drive into Polis, which has lots of choice for restaurants. Latchi about 10 minutes drive away with some gift shops and restaurants. Villa looking a little tired, but still had a lovely relaxing 2 weeks in the sun. Owners very friendly and helpful and was given 2 homemade cakes.

A lovely but somewhat sophisticated family holiday in an area that we know well and that we like very much.

We had a late arrival to the villa and Savvas the owner had left the key in the door for us along with a welcome pack in the fridge. This included milk bread eggs jams butter and a selection of beers and lagers. Savvas came to welcome us the following morning and also to clean the pool which he did on a regular basis. What a lovely man he is, such a character with a great sense of humour. His wife also baked us a cake which was delicious. The situation of the villa is perfect, so secluded and peaceful. There were 5 others along the quiet lane but because of the well matured gardens of beautiful orange and olive trees we were not overlooked at all. Great service from the Agni Travel team as we experienced a problem with the washing machine. We called customer services and they passed this onto Savvas the owner who subsequently dealt with the issue immediately and replaced the washing machine. It was faultless service. You can walk into Polis which took us around 30mins at a steady pace or 5mins in the car. We ate out at both Polis and Latchi which is further up the coast but we also cooked in the villa as there was a great supermarket in polis. All in all we had a fantastic time, great weather and wouldnt hesitate in returning. A big thank you to Savvas and the Agni travel team !

VIllas was nice and in a quiet location which is what we wanted Savvas was very helpfull, allowed us a late checkout which was appreciated Car Hire thru your recommended company was good No problems or issues with our stay

Fantastic location - shops and restaurants easily accessible. Very hospitable hosts - nicely stocked fridge and a home made cake ! Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Spacious and clean accommodation with lots of privacy. Large pool and gardens.

We loved the area. It met all our wishes for a restful family holiday in a charming rural coastal environment, away from highly commercialised resort areas but with good local facilities. The villa provided comfortable and well appointed accommodation with all the facilities one could expect. The extra touches from the warm, friendly and welcoming owners (welcome pack, delicious cake , fresh-picked fruit etc) added a really nice dimension. We loved it all.

Very quiet and peaceful around the villa. Well equipped for the 4 of us. Choice of 3 balconies to enjoy shade and sun.. Books in the cupboard, but cards would have been good. Oranges from the garden for breakfast and lovely homemade cake delivered by owner. we were expecting to be nearer supermarket so you definitely need a car. Polis is still very unspoilt, fortunately. But think this is changing. Good choice of tavernas mostly same menu but Meze is always good. Relaxed feel in Polis. Lovely.

Perfect holiday in a great villa and a very friendly and helpful host. Even had some food in the fridge when we arrived late with two little children. So we had enough for a small dinner and even breakfast the next day. Fresh orange juice every day from the oranges of the garden. Excellent

The villa is wonderfully situated in an orange olive grove with roses and many flowers. The whole region smells of orange blossoms. It is very quiet and you only hear the birds singing. 2km you are in Polis where you get everything and in 6 km you are in Latchi on the beautiful beach. The villa is well equipped. The owner is particularly nice and attentive has brought us a great welcome package and cake. Every da, fresh oranges plucked and we drank the delicious juice. We felt very comfortable in the villa and surroundings. Everything maintained. We will be back. Agni Travel has a very good organisation.

We just loved staying at our villa. Highly recommend it and we hope to stay here again. Friendly owners baked us a cake and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed it so much a 7 nights stay turned into 11 nights!

Stayed in August 2015 2 adults and 3 teenagers over 15. This was our first holiday to somewhere really hot. We had a brilliant time particularly because of the Villas location (in quiet countryside with lovely balcony views but only 10 minutes drive from the nearest beach) and because of the pool. We were in and out of the pool all day starting before breakfast sometimes and loved swimming in the lighted pool at night. The free Wifi also a big hit with teenagers. The weather was hot and sunny every day but with a lovely breeze in the afternoons. We didn't need the air conditioning because the open windows let in enough of a breeze. We arrived late at night and the owners had put milk and meat in the fridge and bread in the bread bin. There were also toilet rolls and teabags. The pool was cleaned every other morning and Charoula bought us a delicious home baked cake. We visited Polis, Latchi and Aphrodite beaches all not too busy with sand but Aphrodite was the best. Teenagers enjoyed boat trip from Latchi around the Akamas peninsula. Also visited Coral beach. The wind ripped the canopy over the dining table while we were there so we phoned the owner and it was replaced the next day. Would thoroughly recommend this Villa to anyone with older children and teenagers.

We had a fantastic holiday and hope that we are able to come back and visit Villa Charoula Thio again perhaps next year. We made a phone call to Savvas regarding the air conditioning and the owner appeared quickly to activate the units. All aspects of our holiday and the villa were fantastic.

Lovely villa in a secluded location yet very near Polis. Fantastic owners - we've never had a pool so clean as it was done at least every second day. We will be going back.

We really enjoyed our time here and could easily have stayed for much longer than 2 weeks.The villa was clean, well maintained and comfortable. We did arrange for air conditioning and this worked really well.The pool was regularly maintained and a delight to use.We met the villa owners who made us feel most welcome. I would definitely be happy to stay here another time in the future

By far better than we expected. Really a small paradise to escape all the stress from home. The house owner were fantastic and made our time perfect. After 14 days we still liked to stay and did not want to go which is unique for us.

Great to stay amountst the orange and olive plantations and have freshly squeezed orange juice each morning. The extra attention from the owners really did make a difference with homemade gifts and also appreciated them calling and Agni travel texting daily. Thank you the STEVENS family had a wonderful Easter break.
