Very relaxing holiday, villa is pleasant and comfortable and property management team were very helpful.

Best holiday ever! Liked that it was clean, well-equipped, and close to everything. The villa is spacious and well laid out with plenty of space for 7 people. Most of the time we spent around the pool and on the balcony while enjoying the evening sea breeze. Situated in the nicest neighborhood of Argaka it takes only a short walk to get to almost everything: beach, restaurants, and bars. We highly recommend this villa to everyone!

Very enjoyable holiday! When we arrived, we couldnt believe how accurate the property listing was. For our family, it was a special villa with all the trimmings; clean, spacious, and modern. The pool was well-maintained and the outdoor area was amazing. The nearest beach is just 100 meters from the villa which is a real plus. We will come again!

Really great villa. The living area was very spacious and the bedrooms so comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils that you could need. The outside area was well planned with an amazing swimming pool. There were no issues and the property met and even surpassed our expectations in some areas. Thank you very much!!!

We have had a great holiday at Villa Aspelia. The location is peaceful, the pool was good, close to the sea and close to a really good beach bar/ restaurant (Santa Barbaras). We spent most of our time at the villa and felt thoroughly relaxed.

This villa is set in an absolutely beautiful location near to the sea. The location is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. All the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining room, lounge, and other amenities were just perfect. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway holiday. We have visited many different villas in Cyprus over the past 8 years but the Villa Aspelia is definitely the best. We have already booked for July and September next year. There are several restaurants, tavernas, and bars nearby (within 3 min drive). Also, near to other local shops and a bakery for day-to-day supplies and close to Argaka. You need only a 3-8 minutes drive to Argaka/Polis and to a wide selection of bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. Great holiday at Villa Aspelia. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)

We had the most amazing time in this villa! The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had going into our holiday. The property felt very secluded and quiet. The property was also well maintained and clean. The nearest beach, which is very close, is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa itself has a grand feel while still being very comfortable. It had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us in close proximity to everything. The agents and staff of Agni were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. If youd like to enjoy some peace and quiet with warm sun and beautiful waters, this is the place to go! We are already planning our next trip to Cyprus and would definitely recommend Villa Aspelia!

We spend our holidays in this house for several years (sometimes 2 times per year). Its every time like coming home. We love the house (in- and outside) and the location. There is no noise and right across you are at the sandy beach. Argaka and Polis are great places, almost all the time we were outside exploring the area and enjoyed the tasty food at the local restaurants. You have to try the Cypriot cuisine while you are there. Its the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. WE WILL COME BACK!

We watched the sunset every night from the upper terrace - beautiful views. We had come on holiday to have a relaxing and peaceful time in which the area and villa provided. We recommend this villa to couples as well as families alike.

Really great villa (as always) and the location was quiet and with beautiful views. Villa Aspelia had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Argaka is very close and offers a great time to spend: food tasting, entraining, sunbathing, boat renting, etc. The people are soooo friendly. If you are looking for sun, blue skies, and time for yourself Villa Galene is where you need to be. The villa has everything a family needs, being away from home. Properly cleaned villa with all the amenities in place. Sea view during the day offers an exceptional experience between man and nature. Beach walks in the evenings and cool sea breeze really brings you back to yourself. The pool area and the terrace were fabulous. We enjoyed memorable sunsets while swimming in the pool with a glass of wine. Kids loved the pool, played there all day long. We also enjoyed the sandy beach across the villa. Nice turquoise water and private - quiet place only for yourselves to enjoy the sun and sea. We visited Polis and Argaka a couple of times. It’s a nice place with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Overall a Perfect Holiday. The Villa Aspelia and Polis/Argaka made our holiday memorable! We can warmly recommend Villa Aspelia to you all.

What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The views from the terrace and pool area over the beach were amazing and we enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner on the upper balcony. We had meals in most of the tavernas in Pomos and Polis, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Lastly, thank you Beach Villas for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. No problems with the villa or pool, everything was excellent. Could not fault Beach Villas at all, everything went smoothly and we appreciated the text message keeping in contact even though we did not need to call

Villa Aspelia is positioned in an amazing position overlooking the sea, with the beach just across the road. It is the perfect villa to stay in for peace and quiet and if you are happy to cook for yourself most evenings. There is only one restaurant, Santa Babara, that is within a 15 minute walk, otherwise you really need a car to go further afield. Loved the space around the pool, so that you weren’t on top of each other and also able to move the sun beds to catch the sun all day. All in all a really relaxing week, thank you.

The villa is perfectly positioned right next to the sea and within walking distance to several restaurants, particularly the excellent Santa Barbara Beach Restaurant. The villa itself is spacious and there are several areas to dine inside and out depending on sun and shade. Beds are comfortable and there’s lots of cupboard and hanging space. The pool and surrounding patio are divine. What a great holiday.

Argaka was a lovely place and the villa was spacious and clean. It is a great place to go and explore Cyprus.

What a very pleasant experience in total. We did encounter a few issues on arrival, however, they bent over backwards to accommodate us. Villa was clean and tidy. Beach just a few steps away along with a few tavernas and bars. This was exactly what we wanted. To be completely honest I’d definitely book again based on their attitude to making you happy regardless of any issues. The property manager, Stathis, was nothing short of incredible very very pleasant and so so helpful. Thanks for making it a pleasant holiday and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent location on the seafront villa and private outside space. A really peaceful area but with good amenities nearby and fantastic beach restaurant in the Santa Barbara. Found the service from the Agni team second to none and feel the cost for the weeks rent was very good value. Particularly impressed with the text message service offered which provided a very simple and efficient method to communicate and raise any queries that were responded to and resolved very quickly. Beautiful scenery when driving and exploring the local area. Good material provided in advance of arrival and pictured driving instructions
