Really great villa. It is comfortable and perfect. The children love the pool and terrace and playing there almost all day, which in turn gives us a break too! There are many excellent restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a 10-minutes walk from the villa and the sea is only a 1-minute walk away. Great communication with the agents and their details for using everything in the villa was spot on. We plan to come back to this beautiful villa!

The villa was spacious and nicely furnished (and spotlessly clean on arrival). It was exactly what we needed. The pool and garden area were well maintained. The nearest beach is just 1 minute walk from the property and was amazing to watch the sunset over the sea. We plan to come back.

The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had going before arriving there. Privacy is excellent all around and the beach is just 100 meters away from the property. Polis is a little beautiful town with really good restaurants and the port in Latchi is nice with many boats. We also visited Yiannakis Beach witch is really amazing. Highly recommend!
