Really great apartment (as always with Agni) and the location was quiet and close to the beach. Stunning views across the bay from the balcony. Theophilos 1 Apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Just a few minutes walk and you are at the center of everything: supermarkets, bakeries, as well as restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and tavernas. The people are soooo friendly in Saint Stephanos. Many thanks to, Beach Villas team and the family who own Theophilos 1 Apartment. We are coming back next year.

A very relaxing holiday. The sea is several steps from the door! A well-equipped apartment with a perfect terrace with stunning views over Saint Stephanos bay. Corfu is beautiful and has become my holiday destination choice for the past few years and we are returning each year again and again. Liked the location and have already re-booked Theophilos 1 apartment for 2022.

I cant say enough about this apartment and the villa location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The Appartement and Saint Stephanos were perfect for my family. Amazing views from the terrace over the bay and we enjoyed sunsets and the cool sea breeze while having dinner on the balcony. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the apartment. There are many excellent beaches nearby and also a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. What we liked the most was the vicinity of the beach, we spend a great time there: swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, boat renting...Kassiopi near town is very charming and we really enjoyed the local cuisine there. Overall nice location, nice apartment and perfect holiday for us. Working with Beach Villas was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended.

A petite but cute apartment. Quiet location within walking distance from the tavernas and bars. Excellent stay, perfect for what we needed!

This is an absolutely ideal location if you want all the essentials of a relaxing, tranquil beach holiday on your doorstep. The website is right to say that you don’t need a car once you are here, as beaches, tavernas and shops are all a few metres away. However, having a car is very handy if you want explore further afield or buy food at more reasonable prices. It’s not the place to come if you want an authentic Greek experience or anything ”?cultural’, but it’s a sedate, pleasant, friendly and undeniably beautiful resort. One of the nicest things to do is to walk along the coast path leading from the north side of the beach - it takes you along several beautiful and very empty coves with clear water and stunning views. We had a really relaxing week and would definitely recommend the apartment and the lovely area to others.

Theophilos 1 is in an excellent location in the delightful village of San Stefanos. Just yards from the five restaurants, 2 bars and 2 supermarkets.The stoney beach is an easy flat walk with loungers available at 10 Euros for two loungers and parasol. The apartment is up one flight of stairs but this allows an excellent view of the bay and the many small boats that visit the village. Although the facilities are basic they are adequate for this one bedroom apartment. A cleaner visits three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This was our fifth visit to San Stefanos, our first to Theohilos 1 and we would use the apartment again on a future visit.

Once again we have chosen the best resort on the island. There are many great tavernas and we tried them all. Would not hesitate to come back again. See you in four weeks.

We enjoyed our holiday. The apartment is ideally located with great views over the harbour & bay.

We enjoyed our stay in Agios Stephanos, which we have loved for many years. Theophilos 1 has its relative plusses too. It is in a nice location by the bay. The kitchen facilities were good. The single beds were certainly comfortable, although we would much preferred to have a double bed - but we knew that when we booked - you cant always get everything! Thank you Agni for your help with our holiday.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Theophilos 1. The apartment is comfortable and perfect for a couple. The views are stunning and the balcony with sun beds and umbrella is a great place to sit and chill. Beach Villas are a very efficient company and we will have no hesitation in using you again.

Great location overlooking bay, 2 well equipped supermarket s, cocktail bars and tavernas just a couple minutes walk. Well equipped apartment ideal for 2. Small upmarket resort away from the crowds.

Most delightful waterfront apartment ever! We stayed here last year and have rebooked for this May. That says it all. 5 Stars!

Exactly what was advertised so spot on.

This is our second year staying in the beautiful Agios Stefanos the apartment was suitable for a couple or two people travelling together. It is located in a prime location in the village with stunning views from the bedroom and balcony of the beautiful harbour and mountains of Albania beyond. Within one minutes walking distance of tavernas bars and mini-markets and boat hire - which is highly recommended for exploring deserted coves and for stopping off at tavernas along the stunning North East Coast and two minutes walk to the beach. Ideally located if you want a peaceful relaxing holiday. Well see you next year Excellent service as always from the Agni Team

Fantastic short break. Really comfortable accomodation in a perfect location. If the weather is favourable late October is a magical time to visit Corfu

The holiday was wonderful, the view was out of this world. We enjoyed every minute from the rain and the sunshine, the people watching, all the different boats coming and going. We can't say anything about eating out, because we did the full self-catering bit and hired a car so going shopping was easy. The apartment had a lovely big fridge/freezer and a full sized oven. It was like home, but with a fantastic view. The apartment was lovely and clean, bedding and towels changed regularly throughout week.

Lovely holiday in good accommodation with super view. Good restaurants with nice atmospheres. Pretty area with easy walks. Would recommend.

We returned to Aghios Stephanos after 10 years and were pleased to find things much the same. It was a pleasant and relaxing week and we enjoyed it very much.

Enjoyed holiday tremendously and will return. Fresh fish in local restaurants excellent and a visit by boat to Glyfa Taverna a must for lunch and a swim.

The view from Theophilos 1 is wonderful, the tavernas are very welcoming without being pushy and everyone in St Stephanos; visitors and locals alike are very friendly, making for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment ideally located with wonderful view over the bay-great balcony. Clean and well maintained - cleaner friendly and worked hard. Look forward to returning in the future and would use Beach Villas again.

A late booking decision taken following the amazing weather forecast for late October. Really pleased with everything. Wish we could have stayed longer. Booking was very easy as was payment. Nice easy website with no hidden extras such as CDW a refreshing change.Many thanks

Holiday was very good. St Stephenos a small but beautiful village. People very friendly and athough the resort slighly more expensive than the bigger towns it was worth it. Boat trip to Agni Taverna great fun and recommended A few steps from the appartment is Kochiili Taverna[think that was the name] run by a very amusing and friendly family. Pay them a visit

We gave been to San Stefanos twice before and in the past stayed in large villas in the hills. This apartment was a change and it was great to have access to bars restaurants and shops without needing to get in the car. Its a lovely place to stay

Our holiday was one of the nicest holidays for a long time We absolutely loved Agios Stephanos - such a beautiful place and everyone there so helpful and friendly. The apartment was just perfect for two people for a relaxing weeks holiday and in such a good location. The supermarkets were extremely well-stocked with everything you might need and the local tavernas were lovely. Our best evenings out however were at Taverna Agni - we had two very special evenings there - loved the boat taxi ride over to the taverna and thought the food was amazing and of course the location. Thought that Beach Villas team are very efficient and helpful - from answering any email queries or texts through to supplying excellent directions - complete with photos - from the airport to the property - this was really helpful. All together a fabulous holiday and I would definitely come back again to this part of Corfu and definitely use Beach Villas again - many thanks indeed to everyone for helping to make our holiday such a happy and memorable one.

We were very impressed with North East Corfu and thought Agos Stephanos quite delightful. Everyone was so friendly. We toured round all the Northern half of Corfu but decided we were in the nicest area.The Taverna Agni boat trip to the restaurant was fun and we had a very enjoyable evening there. We were going to repeat it but a storm blew up and we had to cancel unfortunately.The apartment was extremely conveniently located. Ultmate recommendation - we have already booked to go again next year
