Everything was perfect, especially the owners!!

The place is identical to the pictures. This is our second consecutive year staying here. Our family adore the place. The serenity of the area is perfect. Small village 5 minutes away and bustling Rethymno 25 minutes away. Perfect balance of peace and lively.

We received such a warm welcome—it was an experience unlike any other S. Everything we needed for the first day was already in the fridge; a huge thank you for that Stamatia was incredibly friendly and kind; she would stop by to tidy up, change the bed linens, and swap out towels—she was so hardworking S. Andreas came by every morning to clean the pool and take out the trash—thanks for that, too The villa was a place to relax and find peace; we lacked absolutely nothing. Anyone looking for a touch of luxury—whether for peace and quiet or simply to unwind—has come to the right place

Fantastic stay! We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful house. The surroundings are absolutely stunning – even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The house itself is modern, fully equipped, and in excellent condition. Everything was perfectly taken care of. Our hosts, Andreas and Stamatitia, along with their children, were incredibly kind and welcoming. We felt at home right away. We honestly can’t think of any improvements. This place is a top recommendation for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and warm hospitality!

Villa Marielia is a hidden gem in Rethymno. The cleaning service is on high level. The pool and the barbecue area were the best parts, where we spent most of our evenings. The bedrooms are spacious and tidy. Best holiday ever.
