The outdoor living space includes a brick-built BBQ and a shaded dining area, accompanied by comfortable sunbeds adjacent to the private pool. The villa provides secure parking and is conveniently located within walking distance to local sandy beaches, a supermarket, bakery, bars, tavernas, and the harbor of Katelios.
