Vinci,the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci. The town offers plenty of things to see and visit; many of them are related to Leonardo’s life. Lunches in Vinci are memorable with specialties of the Montalbano area like the Toscano extra virgin olive oil and the Carmignano wine together with some Tuscan specialties like 'pappa al pomodoro' or some traditional cold cut meats.
