Villa Sanguiot is in an excellent position between the old town of Pollenca and the Port de Pollenca which has great facillites for beach goers.The property is spacious and not overlooked.Supermarkets are only a 3 minute drive.

We absolutely adored our time at Villa Seguinot. The property looks even lovelier in real life than it does in the photos, with the garden and surroundings being particularly lovely. Checking in and out was really straightforward and the instructions for finding the villa were very clear. Its very close to both Pt de Pollensa and Pollensa, with lots of supermarkets within easy reach. The villa is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed and we would definitely come back and stay here again in the future.

Seguinot is basically a lovely villa. Nice and spacious. Big kitchen and three large bedrooms and very pleasantly done out. The garden is really beautiful. Great front and back, superb plants and perfect pool. Location also excellent with maximum sunlight. An excellent villa and a great place to spend a holiday.

Had a lovely holiday at this villa good location between Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. Beautiful gardens and a lovely swimming pool quite a basic villa but very clean and was more than suitable for our needs.

Delightful, traditional home that had everything our family needed and wanted. Kids absolutely loved the pool and gardens. Clean and spacious; we really couldn't have asked for more!
