Villa Exclusive Paradise 3 is spotlessly clean & well-presented, and situated in a nice location, near almost everything. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and the pool and enjoyed a nice time here: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our local friends, sunbathing, and swimming. We did not have visited Dalyan previously, but we met very helpful, friendly, and warm people here who help us a lot. Thank you! Five stars*****.

Villa Exclusive Paradise 3 is amazing! Liked that it is clean, well-equipped, and close to everything, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. We particularly enjoy the outdoor seating area and the pool, and already visited Iztuzu beach, which is absolutely beautiful and is perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. We will come back for sure!

Would have liked to stay another week! The villa is brand new and we had the honor to be between the first guests. It has everything you need. Very modern, clean, and in a great location. The pool and the terrace were magnificent. We visited Iztuzu beach, Kaunos, and Tombs of the Kings. The people are so friendly in Dalyan. Great holiday!
